The use of narah.co.uk is governed by the policies and terms and conditions below. Your use of the site and making a purchase indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

What is PayPal?
PayPal is a third party payment processor which enables online Credit and Debit card payments. It is a secure system which has over 20 million registered users.

How do I use PayPal?
Add your items to the shopping basket then, when you are ready, view basket and select the 'Secure Checkout'. You will guided through placing your order by Paypal. You do not have to be a registered PayPal user to pay this way, however, if you wish to sign up to an account there is an option to do this at the end of the checkout. All orders are acknowledged by e-mail.

Is PayPal secure?
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Once your information reaches PayPal it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers. Only PayPal has access to your confidential credit/debit card details.


This website is only for delivery of products to customers in the United Kingdom (including the outer British Isles), Northern Ireland and International addresses.  BFPO customers please contact me for delivery charges.

narah aims to dispatch all ordered items within 14-21 working days once full payment has been received and cleared.  This is a reflection of the time needed to produce individually hand made jewellery.  In the unlikely event that your item will not be despatched within 14-21 working days, we will contact you with a delivery date, or offer a full refund. 

Specially commissioned items are dealt with on an individual basis.

Special Occasions/Urgent Orders:
If you need an order urgently or for a special occasion, please contact us before placing your order with the exact date and we will advise you if we can meet your request.

All orders are delivered in the UK by the Royal Mail’s 'Special Delivery Next Day’ service at a cost of £5.00.

All International orders will be sent either via Royal Mail's 'International Signed For', 'Airsure' or other reputable delivery service at a cost of £10.00.  Please click here to add International Postage.

This service requires a signature and is insured against loss and damage of jewellery.  If someone is not available to sign for the parcel a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or collect it from your nearest Collection Office.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. narah shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Hand-Made Items 

All items sold by narah.co.uk are handmade and are therefore subject to slight variation from the photograph shown on the website.

We make every effort to ensure your item is made to your satisfaction. If a genuine mistake is made it will be rectified without hesitation and as soon as possible.


We hope that you will be absolutely delighted with your narah jewellery.  All items are checked before they are sent out.

Please check the items upon delivery. narah must be contacted within three days of receipt in the unlikely event of damage or loss.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the goods within 7 days unworn in perfect condition, complete with all accessories, packaging and proof of purchase and we will be happy to offer an exchange, credit note or a full refund less the cost of the Postage & Packaging (please see exemptions below).

Items appearing to have been damaged due to wear and tear or mistreated in any way cannot be guaranteed for a refund or a replacement.

Please contact us prior to returning an item with details of the problem. Returns must be sent via the Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery' service and insured for the full cost of the item within the time stated. narah cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns if they are returned by normal or recorded post.


Due to hygiene reasons under UK Health and Safety law, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Rings & Bracelets/Bangles
Rings & Bracelets/Bangles ordered to a specific size cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.

Jewellery that has been specially created to your own requirements cannot be returned.

Sterling (925) silver guarantees

narah guarantees that ALL jewellery (unless otherwise stated) is sterling (925) silver. Not all items are hallmarked due to the small size or delivery commitment but we guarantee these items are sterling silver.


All details and information received is used for the sole purpose of processing your order or enquiry and will never be shared with anyone else.
